International Courier Network, Inc. (ICN) provides its corporate clients with tailorable access to all relevant shipment tracking, account activity and general accounting and billing information.

Enhanced components include XML, CVS and other downloadable formats in addition to the web interface for accessing account data and activity reports. These modules are tailorable in a tiered context.

The basic level of tailoring is through user interface report parameters that allow the end user to specify 3-levels of advanced filter criteria and 3-levels of sort criteria with reverse sort capabilities at each level. The filter criteria allows for full filtering on all available fields of data, with soft and strict boundaries as well as context searches on all fields. All tailored search criteria can saved for future use.

Custom tailoring is available by contacting ICN and requesting an interface customization. By providing clients with the ability to obtain data in a format that they require or prefer is just one of the ways that ICN gives superior service to clients that is not available from other shipping providers.

Future additions to ICNships will include support for tailoring automated formats and templates. Allowing clients to reconstruct their reports and data files for their needs in a real time capacity.
